Due to the orientation of the house to the west, you will experience yachts anchoring in the bay during the day, people swimming and snorkeling and the beach visitors 15 meters below you on the beach. In the evening you can enjoy the magical sunset with a glass of wine on your own roof terrace over the bay of Cala Pi, later fall asleep to the sound of the sea and experience the turquoise sparkling water of the waking bay the next morning.

The sea in front of your house ....
The location across from the undeveloped bay side is perfect. It is only 90 meters to the steps down to the beach and only 10 meters to the bakery and the small supermarket in the center of Cala Pi.
The Villa:
The 350 m² luxury villa is situated on a 870 m² plot directly on the first line of the 15 meter high cliff in the middle of the bay. You will be enchanted by the wonderful view of the bay.
We built the luxury villa THE CRYSTAL BAY in 2015 and offer it for holiday rental. During construction, we consistently paid attention to the highest quality, comfort and modern technology. In order to be able to use the house all year round, it is insulated and equipped with both air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The villa is equipped with fast 600 Mbit fiber optic internet access, which is available free of charge for your mobile devices, music and SMART TV. You have reception inside and outside via several WIFI antennas in and around the house. You also have mobile phone reception in THE CRYSTAL BAY.
3 terraces:
The house has 3 terraces and a Mediterranean garden with a lawn and lots of palm trees.
On the roof terrace you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the open sea and a gigantic view down to the pool and the emerald green bay of Cala Pi.

The pool terrace is accessed from the summer kitchen. Here you will find the gas grill as well as a large dining table with 6 chairs for dining. There is also a refreshing saltwater pool and an outdoor shower. The safe entry is via wide steps, which lead to a shallow water zone. You can relax on the upholstered loungers right by the pool.

The elevator:
THE CRYSTAL BAY has a hydraulic passenger elevator for a maximum of 4 people. The elevator with transparent glass doors has 4 stops. Pool, ground floor, bedroom, roof terrace. You can only get to the roof terrace by elevator. All other floors can also be reached via the stairs.
The tropical garden:
The tropical garden will delight you, it is set in stone and is automatically watered in the evenings. An integrated garden lighting makes it shine green in the evening.
The infinity pool:
The 10 x 5 meter and underwater illuminated infinity pool is a 120,000 liter saltwater pool with natural chlorine produced from the salt and contains no chemicals. It has four steps on the side for easy entry.
The pool slopes continuously from 1.2m to 1.8m. In the middle there is a dark marking on the ground and shows a sports swimmer the course.
A torrent of water for a neck massage and a long underwater bench is equipped with Jacuzzi massage jets and an air bubble.
For athletes we have installed two counter-current turbines. They create so much water current that you can swim against them with a lot of force.
The underwater lighting makes the pool glow in the evening.
The pool is heated to 29 C° for you from April to the end of October. In July to September the pool can be heated with solar energy and a titanium heat exchanger if desired. From November to March we heat the pool on request and for a fee. The pool cover is used for insulation in the heated pool or to protect non-swimmers and small children from drowning.
There are enough umbrellas and sun loungers for you.
There is also an outdoor shower with warm water at pool level.
In case you come back from the beach with sandy feet, we have installed a shower for feet and legs in the entrance area.
The Finnish sauna:
On the pool level you will find a Finnish sauna for up to 5 people. The infusion bucket with the scent of eucalyptus is waiting for you to relax. Bathrobes are available for you!
Open living and dining area:
The tastefully decorated living room with gas fireplace and large screen TV directly overlooks the pool and bay.

In the colder months we connect the propane tanks and you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room.

All 3 bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with bay views, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, mirrors, safe, air conditioning, underfloor heating, sun blinds, blackout blinds and double beds with high-quality mattresses, as well as a SONOS sound system and flat-screen SMART TV with satellite channels and 600 Mbit WiFi internet access.

The middle bedroom has a 160x200 cm box spring bed, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, underfloor heating, SONOS sound system, SMART TV, WIFI, safe and a mirror. It shares a bathroom with the right bedroom.

The right bedroom is in the cube of the house.
The bathroom of the middle and right bedroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet and double sink. SONOS sound system, air conditioning, underfloor heating, towel warmer and mirror heating are also available.
On the living room level there is a small guest toilet next to the cloakroom at the entrance.
On the pool level there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
2 kitchens:
Cook in a fine kitchen with a wonderful view you won't forget. There is filtered drinking water for you at a tap in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to an ice maker, dishwasher, induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave and a 190 cm high side-by-side refrigerator, you will find a Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, mixer and cooking utensils. Crockery and glasses are available in sufficient quantity.
In the morning you can easily get fresh baguettes and croissants in the supermarket with bakery 100 meters away.
The summer kitchen:
A second summer kitchen can be found on the pool level. Here you can prepare the most delicious dishes right near the pool. Induction cooker, dishwasher, small refrigerator, small Nespresso capsule coffee machine are available.
The laundry room: On the same level as the summer kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, drying rack and iron and ironing board. Incidentally, all detergents and cleaning products are included in your stay.
